Biography

Lovely Guillomaitre, affectionately known as “Chef Lovely,” has always had a passion for food. An alumni of the International Culinary Center (“ICC”) (formerly known as French Culinary Institute), Chef Lovely is a New York and Massachusset based professional chef who has been cultivating her culinary skills for over a decade. Her love for the culinary world began after her then boyfriend, now husband, invited her on a date and offered to cook her a delicious meal. While skeptical at first, Chef Lovely quickly fell in love with his cooking (and him!) And was motivated and determined to not let him outdo her in the kitchen ever again.

In 2015, Chef Lovely and her husband began Lovely's Cater With Care LLC in Long Island, NY, which specializes in Asian-Caribbean fusion, seafood, and creole cuisine. As her unique style of cooking and innovative cuisine gained increasing popularity within the community, She decided to re-brand herself and do business as Chef Lovely Tasty Corner. Over the years, she has participated and hosted many culinary events such as “Taste and Mingle” and “The Taste of the Caribbean Boston. In addition, chef Lovely is a proud volunteer for the James Beard Foundation.

 

Presently, Chef Lovely has been exploring the culinary world of sauce and spice. In 2020 she came out with her signature sauce called LTC sauce which stands for “Lovely Tasty Corner Sauce” currently available on her website at www.cheflovelytastycorner.com.

In addition to being a passionate cook, Chef Lovely is also a dedicated wife, mother of four boys, and woman of God. She enjoys creating new flavors and recipes while entertaining others. Chef Lovely’s cooking style is for everyone! Whether you are a meat or seafood lover, a vegan, have unique dietary restrictions, or are simply a picky eater, Chef Lovely can create an amazing culinary experience just for you!
